Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer flat-rate shipping via USPS Priority Mail:

  • Standard Shipping: $7.95 (3-5 business days)

  • Free Shipping on orders over $50

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are based on:

  • Order processing time (1-2 business days)

  • Shipping method selected

  • Destination location

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

The Sweetest Spin is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

The Sweetest Spin is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error in your order. If you need to return an item, please contact us at thesweetestspin@gmail.com  with details.

Event Service Deposits

For our event cart services, the 50% deposit is non-refundable as it reserves your date and prevents us from booking other events. Please see our cancellation policy for details:

  • 14+ days notice: Can reschedule once free of charge

  • <14 days notice: Deposit retained

  • Same-day/no-show: Full payment due

Exchanges

If your product arrives damaged or there was an error in your order, we will happily exchange it for the correct item or issue a store credit. Please contact us at thesweetestspin@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damaged product.

Refunds

Refunds are only provided for damaged products or order errors. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
