Yes! Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities. The Sweetest Spin is fully insured with a $1M/$2M General Liability policy. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) can be provided to your venue upon request.

To ensure everything runs smoothly, we require:

  • A 6x10 foot level space for our cart.

  • One standard 110V electrical outlet within 20 feet.

  • Load-in access 45 minutes before the service start time.

Absolutely! Our cart can be set up outdoors, but it must be under a tent, awning, or covered space to protect the equipment and candy from sun and weather. An indoor location is always preferred for the best results.
Yes! Our cotton candy is a great treat for most diets. It is naturally gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free. We use only organic cane sugar and natural fruit or botanical flavors with no artificial additives.

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The final balance is due 7 days before your event.

  • 14+ days notice: You may reschedule once at no charge.

  • <14 days notice: The deposit is forfeited.

  • Same-day cancellation/no-show: The full payment is due.

We recommend booking as soon as your date is confirmed, especially for popular weekends and holidays. A minimum of 2-3 weeks' notice is ideal, but we will always try to accommodate last-minute requests if we are available.
